Driving
- From the north: Through Hsueh Shan Tunnel and heading to Yilan and Hualien direction. Drive into Hualien City with Road No.9, and turn right when hitting Zhonghua Rd.
- From the South: Through Road No.9 and heading to Hualien direction. Take Jixing Rd when drive into Ji'an Township, and turn into Zhonghua Rd. Through Road No.11: Drive into Hualien city and turn right to Heping Rd. when hitting “Nanbin Park” and drive to the Heping-Zhonghua intersection.
Public Transportation
- Railway: Through railway to Hualien station.
Airplane (Hualien Airport):
- From Taipei Songshan Airport: about 35 minutes (TransAsia Airways)
- From Kaohsiung International Airport: about 55 minutes (Mandarin Airplines)
